Minna Nissinen

Minna Nissinen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Minna is currently the Head of Data at Attendo, a leading private provider of care services in the Nordics. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Director at Attendo Suomi, where they oversaw care services for older people and people with special needs.

In addition to their roles at Attendo, Minna has also held board memberships at several organizations, including Suomen Tennisliitto, Blidz Oy, Chilit Oy, Kotipizza Group Oyj (where they served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee), Ovumia Oy, Nova Vita Kliinik, and Juvenes Yhtiöt Oy. Minna is also a member of the Directors' Institute Finland.

Minna has also served as a board member at Blidz, a social shopping app, and as the Chief Strategy and Financial Officer at Touhula-päiväkodit, one of the leading private early childhood education operators in Finland.

Prior to these roles, Minna worked in various leadership positions at Salomaa Group, Alma Media Corporation, and Alpress Oy, gaining experience in strategy development, corporate development, corporate synergy utilization, and business control.

Throughout their career, Minna has demonstrated a focus on data-driven strategies, digital customer experience, brand building, and business development.

Minna Nissinen completed their Master of Sc., Economics with a major in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Statistics from Aalto University, where they studied from 1988 to 1996. Minna later pursued a business program at IMD in 2004-2005, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to these, they earned Cambridge A-levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Economics from Chisipite Senior School in Harare, Zimbabwe, from 1984 to 1986.
