Silke Moonens

Silke Moonens has been serving as an HR Generalist at Tailormade Logistics & Transport Group since September 2018, managing responsibilities that include being the primary contact for approximately 300 drivers, overseeing payrolling, and handling social and labor legislation. Additional duties encompass HR administration, absenteeism management, performance reviews, and various HR projects, while also providing backup support for recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training development. Prior to this role, Silke Moonens gained experience as a Student HR at Victaulic in 2018 and held various positions, including a student job and internship at Colruyt Group from 2015 to June 2018. Silke Moonens holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology and Personnel Management from Ghent University.
