Ben Wu

Ben Wu is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Attentive since January 2025, Ben previously held various leadership roles at Peloton Interactive from January 2016 to December 2024, including Director of Engineering, where oversight included a 45-member Workout Engineering team that enhanced member workout experiences, and Senior Engineering Manager, responsible for the high-traffic Leaderboard Engineering team. Ben also established the Personalization Engineering team focused on AI-driven class recommendations. Earlier in their career, Ben was CTO at Bomoda, where product and engineering teams were built for a seed-stage startup, and held a Senior Software Engineer role at Tumblr, contributing to the scaling of one of the top visited websites in the U.S. Additionally, Ben served as Vice President of High Frequency Algo Trading at BNP Paribas, developing a sophisticated trading framework. Ben holds a BS in Computer Science from Binghamton University.
