Alan Evans has worked in the sales and marketing industry since 2004. Alan began their career at AT&T as a Customer Service Rep and Project Support, where they facilitated multiple instructor-led work workshops on AT&T’s goals for future innovation and training. Alan also created materials and led instruction in all areas of call center metrics, including customer satisfaction, transfer reduction, de-escalations, bill review, device troubleshooting and new hire transitioning. Additionally, they generated and delivered project proposals and updates to management utilizing smart board, flipcharts, handouts, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. In 2020, they joined Attentus Technologies as the Sales and Marketing Support Lead.
Alan Evans obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from The University of Southern Mississippi.
