Florent Bourson

Florent Bourson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as a Server at Baroque restaurant. In 2015, they had a brief stint as a versatile employee at Parc Astérix. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Import Export at XPO Logistics Europe. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at the Fédération Française de Tennis, initially as an Assistant Customer Service and later as a Customer Service Assistant. Florent then joined Webhelp in 2018, starting as a Telecounselor and eventually becoming an expert in the field. In 2022, they joined Once for All - Attestation Légale as a Manager in Customer Success Management.

Florent Bourson began their education at Cité scolaire Lycée Edouard Gand from 2011 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in BTS commerce international. Florent then attended Institution Jean Paul 2 from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in BTS commerce international as well. Finally, from 2016 to 2017, Florent Bourson studied at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, earning a Licence degree in Management du sport.
