Kat Houle

Kat Houle has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kat currently works as an Account Manager at Netrivals since March 2022. Prior to that, they were an Ecommerce Specialist at Amazon from December 2021 to March 2022, where they assisted small and medium Amazon sellers in improving their businesses. Kat also worked as a Groups & Reservations Executive at Generator from August 2021 to November 2021, managing group and individual reservations. Before that, they were an Assistant Front Office Manager at Barcelo Hotel Group from November 2019 to November 2020, where they supervised staff and managed reservations. From October 2016 to November 2019, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at Princess Hotels & Resorts, where they implemented improvements and optimized procedures. Kat also gained experience in client care and ticket selling as a Visitor Services employee at Expertus Servicios de Atención al Público in July 2016. In addition, they have prior experience as a Hospitality Specialist at Westin Hotels & Resorts from September 2013 to June 2016 and at Mercure Hotels in July to August 2013. Furthermore, they have worked as an Agricultural Labourer at AUKRUST GARD OG URTERI for a summer job in July to August 2010.

Kat Houle received their Executive Master's Degree in Tourism Management from Ostelea, Tourism Management School from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Susanna-Eger-Schule from 2013 to 2016, where they studied Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
