Michelle Godfrey has over 25 years of work experience in the senior living industry. Michelle is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Attic Angel Community since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Campus Administrator at Marqurdt Management Services from 2020 to 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Campus Administrator at St Elizabeth Home, where they showcased their passion for leadership in the industry. Michelle has also worked as the Vice President of Operational Support at Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries from 2016 to 2018. Their career began in 1996 as an Activity Director/Volunteer Coordinator at Monroe Manor, followed by a similar role at Ingle Living Communities from 1998 to 2005. From 2005 to 2016, Michelle served as the University Woods Executive Director at Oakwood Village Lutheran Homes, overseeing various operations and leading the Customer Service team.

Michelle Godfrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fitness Management from Carroll University in 1996. Michelle later pursued an MBA in Health Care Administration at the University of Phoenix, completing it between the years 2002 and 2004. Michelle also obtained additional certifications, including being an alumni of the Leadership Academy from LeadingAge in 2013, becoming a Nursing Home Administrator through the State of WI Department of Safety & Professional Services in June 2011, and achieving Certified Aging Specialist Professional (CASP) from the University of Northern Texas in 2010.
