We believe nature is an amazing healer. Our honey is produced by bees on an organic farm in Talbot County, Maryland, where the land, water, and creatures are deeply honored. The honey's flavor reflects the beautiful complexity of the farm and its location on Goldsborough Creek, off the Miles River.

Our guided retreats and coaching sessions are nature-centric. Relying on science that confirms time spent in nature is good for our physical and mental health, we focus on helping clients move forward when they feel stuck in their healing process.
