Founded in 2004 by Jacob Schaaf in Tiffin, Ohio, we started as a sole proprietorship helping local businesses get their technology working reliably. In 2007, we became a multi-employee LLC (Buckeye I.T. Services, LLC.). Over two decades, our clients evolved—from regional businesses to PE portfolio companies, from local manufacturers to companies with Fortune 500 customers and serious compliance requirements.

In 2026, we became Atticus Rowan to reflect that evolution.

Today, we serve manufacturers, financial services firms, and private equity portfolio companies across the United States and Canada. We specialize in organizations where compliance isn't optional and downtime isn't acceptable—helping clients pass customer security audits, stay examination-ready, and build IT infrastructure that supports growth and exit readiness.

We're not the cheapest. We're not the biggest. We're the partner you call when the audit letter arrives, when due diligence begins, or when you need someone who will tell you the truth about where you stand.

Same team. Same values. Sharper focus.

Protecting what you've built.
