Salma Hussein

Salma Hussein is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Learning, Talent, and HR Business Partners at Attijariwafa Bank Egypt since February 2019. In this role, Salma leads the identification of learning needs through annual training needs analysis and implements effective learning solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Prior to this, Salma held various positions in HR operations and management at Attijariwafa Bank Egypt and Barclays Bank Egypt, including Head of HR Operations and HR MI & Systems Manager. Salma's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, a diploma in Human Resources from The American University in Cairo, and a BA in Economics from Cairo University.
