Advice & Guidance

We provide email and telephone support for any Governor, Headteacher or Clerk queries with an out of hours support for urgent matters. We can advise on Governing body membership issues, elections, support during inspection. We can also offer face to face support for complex issues such as school complaints or serious concerns. Draft agendas also available.

Regulatory updates are also provided.

Clerking

Whether you require us to clerk your full Governing Board meetings and/or committees we can offer you trained and effective governance professionals. We draft and distribute agendas consulting key stakeholders for agenda items. Our Clerks advising on procedural matters and keep all Governance records for publication on your website or for viewing during inspection.



Draft minutes are distributed to the Headteacher/Chair within ten school days.
