Bradley Grove

Manager of Systems Software at ATTO Technology, Inc.

Bradley Grove has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Bradley started their career at Teradyne in 1989 as a Software Engineer, where they designed and implemented VHDL readers and writers for the LASAR simulation product, as well as the VHDL simulation front end for the LASAR behavioral simulation tool.

In 1992, Grove moved on to Viewlogic, where they served as a Software Engineer. During this time, they were the project leader for the Speedwave VHDL simulation product and implemented a compressed library format, significantly reducing the size of library files.

In 1999, Grove joined Altera, holding different roles throughout their tenure. Bradley began as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for designing and developing the PCI Compiler tool and creating a device driver for the PCI development kit demo board. Bradley also collaborated with OEM partners to enable the use of Altera IP in third-party EDA tools. Bradley eventually became a Software Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of five engineers and responsible for the intellectual property core infrastructure development.

Lastly, Grove worked for ATTO Technology, Inc. starting in 2011 as a Systems Software Engineer, developing drivers and obtaining VMware certification for FibreChanel and SAS HBA devices. Bradley also contributed to open-source drivers and submitted them for inclusion in the Linux mainline kernel. Later, they transitioned to the role of Manager of Systems Software, leading a team of five engineers in developing device drivers and user mode configuration utilities for ATTO's storage and network devices. Additionally, they played a key role in enhancing engineering processes and was involved in the development of a user-focused tool to optimize high-speed Ethernet performance.

Bradley Grove attended Columbia University from 1985 to 1989. Bradley completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science during their time at the university.
