Huixiang Qiu is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Deputy Senior State Counsel at the Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore since June 2020. Previously, Huixiang held various positions at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore from October 2013 to June 2020, including Principal Legal Counsel and Senior Assistant Director. Earlier in Huixiang's career, a role as Deputy Public Prosecutor was undertaken at the Attorney-General's Chambers from June 2010 to September 2013. Academically, Huixiang obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from Columbia Law School in 2017 and holds an LL.B (Hons) and a B. Soc. Sci in Economics from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2010.
