Kevin Chew has extensive work experience in various roles within the Singapore government and technology sectors. Kevin began their career as a Communications Specialist in the Singapore Armed Forces, where they served for six years. Kevin then transitioned into the private sector, working as a System Consultant at ST Electronics, specializing in defense support engineering and project management. In 2011, Kevin joined the Infocomm Development Authority as an IT Consultant, contributing to the delivery of project deliverables under the SSOE Programme. Kevin later joined the Singapore Police Force as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for implementing ICT projects on Police Coast Guard vessels. Kevin then moved to the Singapore Civil Defence Force, serving as a Senior Staff Officer, overseeing IT infrastructure and operations. Kevin subsequently joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Project Manager, managing IT services for overseas missions. Most recently, Kevin worked at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore as an Assistant Director, where they managed various IT projects and security incident reporting. Kevin is currently employed as a Senior Principal Analyst (Infrastructure) at the Attorney-General's Chambers in Singapore.
Kevin Chew completed a Bachelor of Computer Sciences degree in Computer Sciences and Information Systems from Monash University from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic from 1987 to 1989. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in January 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in November 2019, MCSA1: Windows 2000, MCSE1: Windows 2000, and MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2001 and 2002 respectively, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in April 2007, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in March 2020.

The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) is led by the Attorney-General (AG), who serves as the legal adviser to the Government and is the Public Prosecutor.
