Brody Warren

Assistant Director, Private International & Commercial Law Section at Attorney-General's Department

Brody Warren is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Assistant Director in the Private International & Commercial Law Section at the Attorney-General's Department since October 2022 and as a Teaching Fellow at UNSW specializing in Conflict of Laws and Private International Law since September 2023. Prior roles include working for the Hague Conference on Private International Law from March 2014 to October 2022 in various positions, including Attaché to the Secretary General and Senior Legal Officer. Brody also contributed to LexisNexis Pacific as a Sub-Editor for Capital Monitor from January 2012 to February 2014. Academically, Brody holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice obtained from The Australian National University in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in Political Science and Spanish from the same institution, completed in 2013. Education was completed at St Peters Lutheran College from 2003 to 2007.
