Chris Bracken

Chris Bracken is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Underwriting Counsel at Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC since November 2022. Previously, Chris held positions as Associate Attorney at Bachara Construction Law Group and Head, Moss, Fulton, & Griffin, P.A., where expertise in construction law and litigation was developed. Prior experience includes working as a Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Lifestyles Realty and ERA Davis & Linn, as well as serving as Assistant State Attorney and Certified Attorney Trainee at the State Attorney's Office, 4th Judicial Circuit. Chris Bracken holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
