Ben Ihle

Ben Ihle is the co-founder of Attract.ai, a startup that is developing an AI-powered recruiting assistant. Prior to Attract.ai, they were the co-founder of Beyond Condition, a health and wellness startup. Ben has also served as the director of Nattercan Studio, a video production company, and as the team leader at Transaction Network Services, where they managed a team of developers who built integrations to external financial institutions. Ihle began their career as a lead developer at Wotif Group, where they led a cross-functional team in an XP / Agile environment.

Ben Ihle completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science at The University of Auckland.
