Irina Vasileva

Irina Vasileva is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Attract Group since July 2020, Irina focuses on HR strategy identification and department budget management. Previously, Irina worked as an HR Consultant and HR Generalist at Агентство интернет-маркетинга OdesSeo, where all HR processes were implemented and maintained from November 2018 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a People Partner at Internet marketing agency Netpeak, facilitating HR process integration, and working as a Recruiter at Stalkanat - Silur, where Irina contributed to the creation of HR procedures and recruitment efforts. Irina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource from Odessa State Economics University, graduating in 2018.
