Kate Bates

Kate Bates is an accomplished public relations professional with extensive experience in both B2B and B2C communications. As the Founder and Director of KBX PR since September 2021, Kate leads a boutique consultancy with notable clients such as Attraction Tickets Ltd and Solmar Villas. In addition, Kate has served as Head of PR and Social Media Partnerships at ATD Travel Services since September 2014, overseeing strategy and communications for various brands. Previous experience includes roles as Account Manager at KTA Public Relations, managing high-profile clients like Conrad Maldives Rangali Island resort, and as Senior PR Executive at P&O Cruises, where brand awareness was elevated through strategic media relations. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and English Literature from Keele University, obtained in 2003.
