Xingying (Lydia) Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Xingying(Lydia) is currently working at Attune as a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Intelligence Analyst at Attune from December 2019 to March 2022.
Before joining Attune, Xingying worked at the NYC Department of Education as an Analytics Oversight Assistant/Analyst from March 2018 to December 2019. Xingying(Lydia) also gained experience as an Assistant Program Manager at Mentored from July 2017 to March 2018.

In addition to their internships, Xingying worked as an Intern in the Elderly Department at the Family Integrated Services Center of Renmin Community in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, from August 2014 to September 2014. Xingying(Lydia) also interned in the Integrated Department at the Guangzhou Urban-Rural Construction Information Center from July 2014 to August 2014.
Xingying (Lydia) Baxter pursued their education at various institutions. Xingying(Lydia) began in 2011, attending Jinan University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in International Politics. In 2013 and 2014, they had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at Kristianstad University.
In 2015, Xingying continued their academic journey at the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Xingying(Lydia) completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a specialization in Finance in 2017.
Xingying also acquired additional certifications to enhance their skillset. In December 2020, they obtained the certification for "INFO1-CE - 9990 Introduction to Python Programming" from New York University. Xingying(Lydia) further strengthened their knowledge of Python programming by obtaining the "INFO1-CE - 9986 Advanced Python Programming" certification from the same institution in April 2021.
