Luis de Lecea

Luis de Lecea has extensive work experience in the field of neuroscience and academia. Luis is currently a Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine since December 2011. In 2019, they co-founded Attune Neurosciences, Inc. and serves as a Senior Scientific Advisor. Prior to these roles, they were an Associate Professor at Stanford University from March 2006 to November 2011. Before joining Stanford, they held the position of Associate Professor at The Scripps Research Institute from 1996 to 2006. Luis began their career as a Postdoctoral fellow at The Scripps Research Institute from 1992 to 1995.

Luis de Lecea obtained their Ph.D. in Biology from Universitat de Barcelona between 1987 and 1990.
