ATTUNED Approach is one of the UK’s highest-accredited neurodiversity coach training programme, designed by neurodivergent professionals for people who want to work affirmatively and effectively with neurodivergent clients.
We train coaches, therapists, educators and other professionals to support ADHDers, autistics, and other neurodivergent individuals with empathy, skill, and insight. Our model blends evidence-based tools with lived experience, deepening understanding of identity, masking, emotional regulation, executive function, and more.
We believe neurodiversity-affirming practice starts with changing the lens — and that coaching can be a powerful space for growth, when the person in the room truly gets it.
