Omie Lacsa

Omie Lacsa has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Omie is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Atturra, where they lead the talent acquisition team and focuses on team coaching, performance management, and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Cisco, where they partnered with sales leaders and hiring managers to fulfill requisitions and drive regional initiatives. Omie also served as the State Recruitment Leader at Healthcare Australia, providing leadership and support to 15 direct reports across multiple recruitment areas. Earlier in their career, they held roles at BHP, Northern Trust Corporation, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, where they gained experience in change management, executive search, communications, recruitment, and customer service.

Omie Lacsa completed a Diploma in Project Management at TAFE NSW from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Lacsa obtained a Diploma in Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors. Lacsa's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, completed from 2002 to 2006.
