Richard Hawes

Richard Hawes has a diverse work experience in the field of integration and architecture. Richard started their career as an Integration Specialist at Cardinia Shire Council in 2018 and later worked as an Integration Specialist at M.A.Di. Home and Manningham Council. In 2019, they joined RXP Group as an Integration Consultant and then became the Senior Integration Consultant. Richard also worked as an Integration Specialist at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and as a Senior Integration Consultant at Manningham Council. Richard's expertise in Dell Boomi and integration led him to roles at HESTA as a Senior Boomi Consultant and Tech Lead, where they worked on improving the internal capability and development best practices. Richard then moved on to ANATAS and Greater Western Water, where they held roles as a Senior Integration Consultant and a Senior Boomi Consultant respectively. Currently, Richard is working as a Principal Architect at Atturra, where they are involved in architectural consulting and integration projects.

Richard Hawes received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) HONS degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Essex in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued an Advanced IT degree at South East Essex College from 1999 to 2001. Richard has also obtained various certifications from Dell Boomi, including API Management, Dell Boomi - Foundation Sales Accreditation, Professional Sales Accreditation, Boomi Flow Associate Certification, Dell Boomi Production Administrator, Dell Boomi Windows Operational Administrator, Dell Boomi Professional Architect, Professional API Design and Management Certification, and Dell Boomi Professional Developer. In 2023, they completed the course "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn.
