Melinda Schjefte has over 14 years of experience in the professional world. Melinda began their career in 2007 as an Accountant Assistant at Dynamic Concrete. In 2010, they joined ATB Financial, where they held various roles, including Product Manager - Data & AI, Product Operations (Sparks Manager), Project Advisor: Facilities & Real Estate, and Administrative Assistant - Business & Agriculture. In 2021, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Associate Vice President, Private Markets Product Management, and also began working at atVenu as a Product Manager.

Melinda Schjefte has a diverse educational background. Melinda is currently enrolled in the Alberta Product Leadership Program at Product Calgary, which they began in 2023. Before that, they attended the Product Institute from 2022 to 2023, studying Product Management. Her formal education includes a Marketing degree from Mount Royal University.
