Tanner Lavoie

Tanner Lavoie has a diverse work experience in the field of front-end development and design. Tanner started their career at BOGA in 2006, where they worked as a Graphic Designer and Front-End Web Developer, designing and developing websites and marketing materials for various businesses. Tanner then joined KudosNow.com in 2011 as a Graphic Designer/Front End Developer, leading the development and maintenance of UI and web-based communication.

In 2015, Tanner moved to atVenu as a Senior Front End Developer, where they were solely responsible for building UI for multiple products across web and mobile applications. Tanner communicated with Product Managers to negotiate designs and implement user experiences. During this time, they also built HTML templates for viewing across modern mail clients.

In 2020, Tanner joined Tugboat Logic by OneTrust as a Senior Front End Software Engineer. Tanner served as the technical lead for a subset of the Tugboat front-end team, building and refining complex front-end functionality and products using ReactJS. Tanner collaborated with PMs, BE, and QA leads to develop new features and updates.

Currently, since 2023, Tanner is working at atVenu again, but with an additional role as a Tech Lead. As a Senior Front End Developer/Tech Lead, they continue to contribute their expertise in front-end development to the company.

Throughout their career, Tanner has demonstrated their skills as a front-end developer and designer, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and experiences.

From 2001 to 2004, Tanner Lavoie attended MacEwan University, where they pursued a degree in Digital Arts and Media. During this time, their field of study encompassed Graphic Design, Photography, and Audio/Video Production.
