Evan Bovard

Evan Bovard is an Engineer at Atwell, LLC since July 2023, following the acquisition of Blueline. Prior to this role, Evan worked at Blueline as an Engineer for a short period in 2023 and gained experience as an ADA GIS Intern at the University of Washington from October 2022 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes an Engineer Intern position at Blueline and managing gym and ballfield operations at the City of Mountlake Terrace from June 2021 to June 2022. Evan’s professional background also encompasses significant roles at Zumiez, serving as a Staff Accountant, Inventory Accuracy Manager, and LP Analyst from 2006 to 2020. Evan began a career in retail as a Cashier at Target from 2004 to 2005. Educationally, Evan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, completed in June 2023, and has earlier studies at Shoreline Community College from 2016 to 2022.
