Grace Garwin

Grace Garwin serves as a Project Manager at Atwell, LLC since February 2020, overseeing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of water and roadway public works projects for municipalities in the Puget Sound Region and acting as a trusted advisor to clients on design challenges. Prior to this role, Grace held positions as Associate Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Engineer at Blueline, which was acquired by Atwell in July 2023. Grace began a career in civil engineering as a Civil Engineering Intern with the City of Edmonds and later at Blueline. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University, supplemented by studies at McGill University.
