Justin Cecil

Justin Cecil currently serves as Vice President of Surveying and Mapping at Atwell, LLC, a position held since December 2004. In this role, Justin leads a land surveying team that includes project managers, coordinators, and field staff, overseeing scheduling, managing commercial and residential projects, and handling topographic and boundary surveys. With a focus on client relations and business development, Justin manages an average annual revenue of $2-3 million while also overseeing collections and accounts receivables. Prior to Atwell, LLC, Justin worked as a Project Manager for Pulte Homes from May 1997 to December 2004, where responsibilities included the development and construction of multiple subdivisions and oversight of a direct staff involved in the construction of over 300 homes annually. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, obtained in 1997.
