Rachelle Stickler-Monnig

Rachelle Stickler-Monnig is a seasoned professional in civil and electrical design with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Civil Designer at Atwell, LLC since January 2022, Rachelle previously worked as an Electrical Designer at Burns & McDonnell from August 2018 to January 2022 and held various design roles as a Contract CAD designer from 2010 to January 2018. Rachelle's experience also includes positions as an Industrial-Mechanical Research and Development Designer at Alliant Tech Systems Inc. and Civil Engineer Designer at Trabue, Hansen & Hinshaw, Inc. Rachelle began a career in 2003 as a Civil Engineer Technician at Kincade Engineering. Rachelle holds an Associate degree in Engineering and Design/Computer Aided Drafting from Vatterott College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at Metropolitan Community College-Blue River, following the attainment of a High School Diploma from Grain Valley High School.
