Tanya Hopper

Tanya Hopper, CIR, CDR currently serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Growth and Associate Director for the East Region at Atwell, LLC, where responsibilities include connecting with key professionals in land development and tracking high-potential engineers and surveyors in multiple states. Prior to this, Tanya held the position of Corporate Recruiter for the Southeast Region at SAM Companies, focusing on assembling teams in surveying and utility engineering. Experience also includes a role as Corporate Recruiter for Universal Engineering Sciences, assisting in HR integration, and recruiting across various engineering sectors. Tanya began a career in staffing at AppleOne Employment Services and gained valuable sales training at Verizon. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
