Tracey Dubuque

Tracey Dubuque is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President at Atwell, LLC since March 2020. Prior to this role, Tracey held various leadership positions at Tetra Tech from December 1998 to March 2020, including Vice President of the Onshore Wind Energy Program and Director of Onshore Wind Energy, where key contributions included strategic planning, market sector development, and participation in national industry organizations. Tracey began the career as a Senior Project Manager, managing numerous renewable projects and supporting federal programs with engineering plans, construction oversight, and technical support. Earlier experience includes a position as an Engineer at Weston Solutions, Inc. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College, earned in 1997.
