Craig Kirby

Craig Kirby is the current Chief Financial Officer at AtWork Group. Prior to this, they were with HCV Realty Investment, LLC and before that, they were with EmployBridge from January 1996 to September 2020 where they held the title of VP Finance, Strategic Customer Analytics. In this role, they were responsible for driving revenue and earnings growth and acted as a strategic advisor to the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Craig was also in charge of developing and deploying pricing and profitability models to more than 140 business development managers and applied them to the company’s largest customers. As a result of their efforts, $150M in revenue growth and significant margin improvements were achieved.

Prior to joining EmployBridge, Craig Kirby was with Burkhart & Company, P.C. from October 1989 to March 1991 as Tax Manager. In this role, they managed individual and corporate tax work as well as consulting engagements. Craig was later hired as the CFO of Cobble Personnel after earning the confidence of their largest client. Craig held this position from April 1991 to December 1995.

Before joining Fogelman Properties as Controller in January 1986, Craig Kirby began their career in public accounting with a regional CPA firm in Memphis.

Craig Kirby attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and received a certification from the State of Tennessee as a Certified Public Accountant. Craig also received a certification from Riverwood Associates in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB).

Craig Kirby works with Amy Bollinger - VP, Franchise Development, Eastern U.S., Nick Wallace - VP of Franchise Recruiting, and Keith Brewer - Director of Learning & Development. Their manager is John D. Hall, CEO. Some direct reports include Bridgette Byrd - Payroll Tax Specialist, Tracy Latham - Payroll Tax Specialist, and Valerie Smith - Payroll Coordinator.
