Mike Baer

Mike Baer is the Founder and CEO of ThirdPath Initiative, focusing on accelerating success within the Business as Mission (BAM) ecosystem on a global scale since May 2017. Baer actively serves as a board member for Business as Mission University and the Economic Development Coalition of Buncombe County NC, while also holding roles such as Fractional Chief People Officer at AtWork Group and Principal at MBCO. Leadership is further exemplified through the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Hatch Innovation Hub, which supports entrepreneurs in Western North Carolina. Baer has been involved with TeamMates In Ministry, Inc., and IMED/International Micro Enterprise Development, Inc. as a board member and chair, respectively, and previously managed AirVeg, LLC. Educational achievements include a ThM in Pastoral Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary and a BA in History from Flagler College.
