Mani Ramachandran started their work experience in 1990 as the CTO at Synchronous Communications. Mani then worked at Motorola from 2002 to 2005 as the Sr. Director of Optics. From 2006 to 2016, they served as the CEO at InnoTrans Communications, Inc. Currently, Mani Ramachandran holds the role of Chief Technical and Strategy Officer, Access at ATX Networks Corp. Mani was appointed as President of the Optical Networks Division at ATX Networks Corp from 2016 to 2018.

Mani Ramachandran earned a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Southern California between 1987 and 1989.
