Pradnya Atale

Pradnya Atale has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, primarily focused on the IT and non-IT sectors within the BFSI industry. They have been responsible for sourcing and prequalifying candidates, negotiating compensation, and maintaining ongoing communication with candidates. Pradnya has also conducted candidate interviews, prepared candidates for job assessments, and managed company databases. In addition to their recent role as Talent Acquisition Lead at Atyeti Inc, they previously held positions as a Senior Associate Recruitment at Datamatics Staffing Solutions and a Senior Executive Human Resources at RAFAGA INFOKNOWLEDGE PRIVATE LIMITED.

Pradnya Atale completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management from 2007 to 2010. PRADNYA then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2012 to 2014. In 2020, Pradnya became certified as an HR Generalist from Pro Touch.
