Jacob Wilcock has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jacob started their career in the United States Senate, where they worked in Constituent Relations in 2003. In 2007, they co-founded ReConn, LLC and served as its CEO until 2012. During this time, they also worked at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG in Guaranteed Investment Contracts. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Consultant at the National Energy Technology Laboratory. In 2013, Wilcock joined Atypon, where they held the positions of Director of Publishing Technology and Director of Business Development.
Jacob Wilcock completed their education at various institutions. In 2007 to 2008, they attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and also obtained a Teaching Certificate. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Spanish from the same university. In 2005, Jacob briefly studied Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Belgrano. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the "Becoming a Product Manager: A Complete Guide" course from LinkedIn in February 2022 and achieved the "2,000 Miler" certification for completing the northbound Appalachian Trail thru-hike in July 2021, certified by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. It's worth noting that Jacob did not provide information regarding specific start and end years for the Maryland University of Integrative Health and the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, where they obtained a Master's degree in Leadership and completed the Chef's Training Program, respectively.
