Leo Tsai

Leo Tsai has extensive experience in the display technology industry, currently serving as the Director at 友達光電 since March 2010, leading advancements in IJP OLED, flexible AMOLED, LTPS TFT, and oxide TFT developments. Prior to this role, Leo held positions as Senior Manager and Manager, focusing on LTPS TFT process development for flexible AMOLED and leading projects in flexible AMOLED and QVGA flexible AMOLED using metal oxide TFT. Leo began their career as an R&D Senior Engineer at HannStar Display from January 2006 to March 2010, contributing to GE Digital X-ray sensor projects. Leo Tsai earned a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry, specializing in OLED reliability improvement, from National Chiao Tung University between 2003 and 2005.
