Michael Jaeger has extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Advisor at AUO Group since July 2025, Michael previously held the position of CEO for both BHTC GmbH and Behr-Hella Thermocontrol from October 2021 to July 2025. Prior to that, Michael was the Executive Vice President at HELLA from January 2012 to October 2021 and served as Senior Vice President at Bosch from January 2002 to January 2012. Michael Jaeger holds a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University.
