Ashmita Agarwal

Ashmita Agarwal is currently serving as a Deputy Manager Analytics at AU Small Finance Bank, focusing on business planning and credit policy within the Credit Card Department since June 2023. Previously, Ashmita held a role in business planning and analytics at the same bank, where responsibilities included automating code using SQL and SAS for interchange amount validation and creating an automated dashboard utilizing Power BI for strategic insights on credit card portfolio metrics. Earlier experience includes a position as a Data Research Analyst at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, where supply chain management data was evaluated for an online supermarket in Spain. Ashmita holds a Master’s degree in Economics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The IIS University. Educational background also includes attendance at Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls' School and The Palace School in India.
