Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain serves as the President of Finance & Strategy at AU Small Finance Bank since January 2021. Previously, Gaurav held the position of VP and Group Head of Strategic Initiatives at Tech Mahindra from October 2019 to January 2021, and Senior Director of Group Strategy & Corporate Development at Lloyds Banking Group from 2011 to September 2019. Gaurav’s career began at Morgan Stanley, contributing in Investment Banking roles from 2007 to 2011 and as a Summer Associate in the New York office in 2006. Gaurav also has experience with PwC and Deloitte as an Assistant Manager, focusing on business valuations, financial restructurings, M&A advisory, and due diligence. Gaurav holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management, completed an exchange program at London Business School, a B.Com (H) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
