Kamal Agarwal

Kamal Agarwal is an experienced IT professional with a focus on database administration and management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at AU Small Finance Bank since February 2023, Kamal is responsible for setting up Goldengate between heterogeneous environments and ensuring data replication from on-premises servers to Cloud S3 LDS buckets in parquet files. Previously, Kamal worked as a Consultant at HCL Technologies from June 2022 to February 2023, managing day-to-day database administration for over 6000 databases. Kamal also spent over a decade as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities included the setup and administration of Oracle RAC environments, Data Guard management, and database recovery using RMAN. Kamal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Kota, completed in July 2010.
