Pratyush Mitra is an experienced professional in the financial services and insurance sector, currently serving as Deputy Vice President at AU Small Finance Bank since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing pan India Group Insurance Business Operations with a team of 46 individuals. Previously, Pratyush held the position of Associate Vice President at Symbo, overseeing in-house operations, process development, and automation initiatives, as well as leading the POS Signup - Voice Process. Experience also includes roles as Senior Manager in Customer Service at MAX BUPA Health Insurance, State Credit Manager at IndusInd Bank, and Asset Manager in Retail Credit at Magma Fincorp Ltd.
