Tarun Pathak

Tarun Pathak is a seasoned banking and finance professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and home loan sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Circle Head for Home Loans at AU Small Finance Bank since August 2019, Tarun leads a sizable team and oversees home loan business operations in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh regions. Previously held significant roles at IndusInd Bank, including Vice President & Regional Head for Home Loans and Deputy Vice President & Regional Head for LAP, where responsibilities included business development and profitability enhancement in multiple regions. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. and the Entertainment Network India Limited, complemented by foundational roles at ICICI Bank and Titan Industries Ltd. Tarun holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune and a BSc from Govt. Science College, Jabalpur.
