Erik Søndergaard

Erik Søndergaard has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Erik is currently working at Au2mate as the Divisional Director Sales, MES and IT, where they are responsible for sales of industrial IT and digital solutions, maintaining and developing customer relationships, and focusing on areas such as AI, MES, data analysis, hardware, cyber security, and concept development. Prior to this, Erik held positions at IntraNote a/s as Sales Director, Large Accounts, where they focused on sales to larger companies and implemented Hubspot inbound marketing and CRM. Erik also served as Co-Owner and CEO at IntraNote a/s, responsible for various areas including finance, sales, IT, and development. Before joining IntraNote, Erik worked at SystemForum A/S as Divisions Manager - ERP, where they were responsible for sales and development of ERP solutions. Erik also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at KF Data Erhverv A/S, focusing on sales and development of ERP solutions and establishing dealer sales in multiple countries. Erik's career began at Sparekassen Bikuben as a Bank Assistant and later as a Bank Employee, before moving into sales roles at SJ Kontorscervice A/S and Dansk Microservice A/S. Overall, Erik has a strong background in sales, leadership, business analysis, and strategic planning.

Erik Søndergaard's education history includes a Mini-Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Probana Business School in 2010-2011. Erik also completed a Stifinder program at Lasse Zäll in 2015, and a Situationsbestemt ledelse (Situational Leadership) course at Key Learning in 2020. In 2016, they attended Intenz for the Challenger Sale program. Additionally, they received training in strategy and leadership for top executives from Mercuri International in 2008. In 1996, they gained expertise as a Microsoft Sales Specialist through a program at Microsoft. During the period of 1988-1996, they completed various ERP courses, development modules, and became a superuser at Damgaard. Erik obtained a degree in Economics (HH) from Skanderborg Odder Handelsskole in 1982-1985.
