Roland Riedl

Roland Riedl has extensive work experience in the field of process automation and industrial IT. Roland is currently the Managing Director at Au2mate Deutschland GmbH, where they lead the sales department. Prior to this, they held various roles at planemos GmbH, including Managing Director and Head of Sales, where they specialized in distributing automation solutions for the food, dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Roland also worked as the Head of Sales of the Dairy Industry at ProLeiT and as a Project Manager at SÜDMO, where they gained expertise in the dairy and pharmaceutical sectors. Roland began their career as a Development Engineer at Kyffhäuser Maschinenfabrik Artern.

Roland Riedl pursued their education at the University of St.Gallen from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Diploma in Vertriebsmanager. Prior to that, they attended the Technische Universität Dresden between 1981 and 1986, earning a Diplom-Ingenieur in Elektrotechnik. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Diplom Vertriebsmanager HSG from the University of St. Gallen, specifically from the Institut für Marketing in 2012.
