Prior to their current role, Richard served as the General Counsel (Corporate) & Group Company Secretary at Aristocrat and as a Senior Associate at Allens. With a background in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Equity Capital Markets, Richard has also worked as a Lawyer at various firms such as ENSafrica. Richard holds a LLB from the University of Cape Town and has also pursued additional education in Business Administration and Management from Yale School of Management and Leading Through Personal Excellence from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
