Currently serving as the owner of La Camioneta since February 2018, Saul also holds the position of Head Chef at 33/45 Sound Restaurant and has been a cook at Aubaine Restaurants since May 2017. Previous roles include Chef at Harrods, Chef de Restaurante at KUROBUTA LONDON LTD, Chef at Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa, and Line Chef at Wahaca. Saul Ortega completed a degree in Cocina y gastronomía, general at JACARANDA between 2011 and 2014.
