Saul Ortega is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the owner of La Camioneta since February 2018, Saul also holds the position of Head Chef at 33/45 Sound Restaurant and has been a cook at Aubaine Restaurants since May 2017.
