Elena Federica Salomoni

Elena Federica Salomoni is an experienced Project Manager and Functional Analyst currently employed at Aubay Italia since June 2017. In the role at Intesa Sanpaolo, Elena successfully managed the "Eximbills" project, overseeing project phases including deliverables, deadlines, and budget, while also conducting Fast Function Point Analysis to measure productivity. Additionally, Elena defined and analyzed business requirements for the "BPER Oltre" succession project, prepared UI designs and business process designs, and maintained strong communication with stakeholders. Prior to this, Elena served as an Academic Tutor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, providing support to students.
