Alexandre Vale

Alexandre Vale is a seasoned professional in talent recruitment and management with extensive experience at Aubay Portugal since October 2018, progressing from Talent Recruiter to Senior Talent Recruiter and currently serving as Talent Recruitment Team Leader, overseeing a team of two Junior Talent Recruiters. Prior to this, Alexandre served as a Sergeant in the Military Police at Exército Português from October 2015 to October 2018, focusing on coordination and management of personnel and security operations. Additionally, Alexandre has a background in sports training, having worked as Head Swim Coach at Sociedade de Instrução e Recreio "Os Pimpões" and as a Swim Coach Trainee. Alexandre holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Licentiate degree in Sports Training - Swimming from Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior.
